# Gatherbatch

Employee-kit coordination for promotional distributors.

## Separate suppliers. One complete kit.
Keep your product choices. We organize receiving, assembly and US delivery around them. Paste products, quantities, per-kit composition, variants, supplier date roles, destinations and required arrival. No recipient address file needed to begin.

[Prepare my kit plan](/#roster)

One of each product is proposed unless explicitly stated. Quantities are supplier-reported, not received or usable stock. Office kit counts do not equal separate parcels. A project request is not an order, reserved capacity or delivery confirmation.

## Illustrative roster
January employee welcome kits: 240 kits, one of each product per kit.
Synthetic supplier A: 250 notebooks.
Synthetic supplier B: 240 bottles.
Synthetic supplier C: 240 shirts. Sizes S40 / M80 / L80 / XL40.
Need box and printed welcome card proposed.
200 individual home deliveries plus 40 kits to one Chicago office.
Required arrival January 11, 2027. Suppliers estimate dispatch December 14, 2026; receipts not confirmed.
Distributor remains client contact; request neutral shipping documents.

At one each: 240 of every product required; only notebooks have surplus, 10 units. Sizes total 240. 200 home kits and 40 kits to one Chicago office remain separate allocations; office outer-carton count is open. December 14 is estimated supplier dispatch, not assembly receipt. January 11 is requested arrival. Propose a box, welcome card and sample approval. Gatherbatch will establish receipts and transit feasibility.

## Receiving
Gatherbatch develops receiving instructions, PO/SKU count checks and shortage or damage reporting. Reported supplier quantities remain distinct from received, usable stock.

## Packaging & approval
Gatherbatch proposes packaging and insert scope, then prepares sample packout approval for the distributor before a production run.

## Assembly & variants
Gatherbatch develops per-kit contents, apparel allocation and exception handling. The distributor approves client-facing changes and substitutions.

## Delivery
Gatherbatch investigates the US delivery route, arrival feasibility and shipping terms. Office kit counts do not determine outer-carton counts.

## Residual stock
Gatherbatch includes reconciliation and a proposed return, storage or disposal decision for surplus goods. Distributor approval is required.

Gatherbatch will develop receiving and packout scope, investigate fulfillment and delivery feasibility, and return priced inclusions and exclusions as a nonbinding project quote by email. Packaging and unaffected component planning can progress while exceptions are resolved. The distributor approves client decisions, proofs, sample packout and any substitution or split delivery.

Contact details are kept apart from the requirement, while we correspond or do business and for 24 months after, so a later request picks up where it left off; ask us to delete them at any time.
