Your roster, carried forward
From product orders
to an approved packout.
A kit project includes more than assembly. We develop the scope around the products you have chosen, the recipient variants and the arrival you need.
Prepare my kit planReceiving
Gatherbatch develops receiving instructions, PO/SKU count checks and shortage or damage reporting. Reported supplier quantities remain distinct from received, usable stock.
Packaging & approval
Gatherbatch proposes packaging and insert scope, then prepares sample packout approval for the distributor before a production run.
Assembly & variants
Gatherbatch develops per-kit contents, apparel allocation and exception handling. The distributor approves client-facing changes and substitutions.
Delivery
Gatherbatch investigates the US delivery route, arrival feasibility and shipping terms. Office kit counts do not determine outer-carton counts.
Residual stock
Gatherbatch includes reconciliation and a proposed return, storage or disposal decision for surplus goods. Distributor approval is required.
A quote with a clear basis.
Receiving, storage, packaging/artwork, assembly and variants, inbound freight, outbound shipping, exceptions/rework, residual stock and coordination are separated in quote development. Taxes, liability, cancellation and supplier conditions are established in the terms.
Supplier dispatch, assembly receipt and recipient arrival are different milestones. Reported quantity is not usable stock. Home kits and office kits do not determine parcel counts on their own.
We will investigate feasibility and propose terms. Nothing is ordered or delivery-confirmed by a request.
Bring your rosterKeep recipient data out of the first brief.
Counts and states or ZIP distribution are enough to start. Before a personal address file is needed, we will establish authorized secure transfer, permitted access and its project-specific lifecycle. Contact retention is separate from recipient-data arrangements.
